Kathi Hackstock

My name is Kathi Hackstock and I am an Associate Broker and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) with Century 21 Future Builders, Inc. specializing in condominiums, waterfront properties and new construction in Macomb and St. Clair counties. I belong to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Michigan Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REALTORS®. I grew up in the Metorploitan Detroit area and have lived in the Algonac area for the past 23 years.

During my 10 year career with Century 21 Future Builders, Inc., I have received Century 21® Great Lakes Regional Sales Achievement Awards and Top Producer title. I have attended Floyd Wickman´s workshops, numerous seminars on marketing and sales techniques, and successfully completed BLAST (Bottom Line Advance Sales Training). I also have over 25 years experience in the legal profession working closely with attorneys on the preparation of real estate documents.

I grew up in the Metropolitan Detroit area and have always lived in Michigan. I am the secretary, as well as, part of the team that created V.A.L.O.R., Veterans Assistance League of Recognition. V.A.L.O.R. assists the VFW Organization, their veterans and the veteran´s immediate family members. I am also a committee member and the secretary/treasurer for Ducks Unlimited/Algonac-St. Clair Flats Chapter. Ducks Unlimited was created to conserve, restore and manage wetlands and associated habitats for North America´s waterfowl. Wetlands improve the overall health of our environment by recharging and purifying groundwater, moderating floods and reducing soil erosions.
